SSDownloader respects the rights of creators and copyright owners, and we expect people who use our tools to do the same. This page explains how to report a copyright concern related to SSDownloader.net.

We do not host Pinterest media

SSDownloader does not host or store Pinterest media on its servers. Our tools process supported public links and show files that are available from their original source. In most cases, the content you are concerned about is hosted by Pinterest or another third party.

If you want content removed from Pinterest itself, the fastest route is usually to report it through Pinterest’s own copyright reporting process. Removing a file from its original source also stops it from appearing in our results.

How to send a copyright notice

If you believe SSDownloader is being used in a way that infringes your copyright, email info@ssdownloader.net with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:

• Your full name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
• The exact link (URL) to the Pin or page involved, and the SSDownloader page where it appeared, if relevant.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our review. Sending a knowingly false or misleading notice may expose you to legal liability.

What we do after receiving a notice

We review each complete notice. Where appropriate, we may block the reported link or URL from being processed by our tools, and we may reply to ask for more information. Because files are retrieved from their original source, we may also refer you to the platform that hosts the content.

Counter-notice

If you believe a link was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to info@ssdownloader.net with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice.” Include your contact details, the link that was blocked, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was blocked by mistake, and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeated misuse

We may limit or block access to the site for anyone who repeatedly uses our tools to infringe the rights of others.
